Job Overview

This role focuses on strategic account management and driving revenue growth in the construction chemical industry.

  • Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Manage Key Accounts: Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales revenue from existing accounts.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies that increase revenue from existing and new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-13 years of experience in the construction chemical industry or related field (Project Sales).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in Any Specialization; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction chemicals such as Epoxy, Waterproofing, Admixture, Sealant products.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
