Role: Senior Chemist (Analytics / R&D)

Education: Postgraduate degree in a relevant field with Chemistry as a compulsory/core subject.

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Delhi/NCR, India

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute assigned tasks by completing R&D correctly the first time.
  • Perform battery material recycling R&D according to current company strategy, product specifications, and laboratory processes.
  • Support team leader to develop process technology in laboratory, pilot facility, and third-party labs to identify efficient processes.
  • Monitor process consistency and adjust parameters where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and lab protocols.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of R&D experience in chemical labs preferably in hydrometallurgy, battery recycling, mining, or carbon materials industries.
  • Technical expertise related to inorganic chemistry.
  • Strong research and documentation skills.
  • Ability to grasp processes and lab practices to execute R&D tasks independently.
