Job Title: Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with expertise in Dynatrace.

As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our product, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, develop testing strategies, and execute test plans.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior testers, providing training and support as needed. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of testing processes and procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of Dynatrace and its related tools
