The successful candidate will collaborate with network architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with SIP-based service load balance and firewall. We are looking for a professional who can handle complex SBC-related issues, implement security measures, and manage vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement SBC-related network changes, ensuring seamless integration with SIP-based service load balance and firewall.
- Implement and manage SBC features such as NAT traversal, transcoding, and monitoring tools like Wire Shark and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Configure SIP routing, security profiles, and call admission control policies to ensure secure and reliable voice communication services.
- Troubleshoot SBC-related issues, including latency, packet loss, and SIP signaling problems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex service disruptions or faults impacting voice or video traffic.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in networking domain, preferably in voice communication.
- Extensive knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and SIP.
- Familiarity with Oracle SBC and its deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Wire Shark and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Good understanding of security measures, such as firewalls, encryption, and secure tunneling.
The salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
