
Key Account Relationship Professional

We seek a seasoned Key Account Relationship Professional to collaborate with HDFC bank staff in driving sales of life insurance products across various bank branches. The selected candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales of life insurance products through HDFC bank customers at assigned locations, working closely with branch staff to achieve set targets.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to develop and implement effective business implementation plans.
- Motivate and support branch staff, facilitating application logging and enhancing productivity.
- Identify and leverage relevant customer databases, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Establish strong relationships with HDFC bank staff, focusing on meeting business targets and productivity benchmarks.
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers within and outside designated branches as required.
- Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets, prioritizing partnership commitment towards shared business goals.
- Effectively manage internal team and channel partner relationships, promoting sales growth while ensuring responsiveness to partner requirements.
- Technical skills: Subject matter expertise, Business acumen, Planning, Finance, Insurance industry awareness.
- Self-management, Problem-solving skills, Peer-level coordination, and influencing skills.

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales within the BFSI industry.
