Senior Information Security Management Professional

Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of a global ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified ISMS. Consolidate existing regional/country/product certifications into a harmonized framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global ISMS Consolidation & Certification
    • Develop and lead a multi-site certification program leveraging mature regions/entities and existing certificates
    • Maintain the global Statement of Applicability (SoA) ensuring traceability to IISF controls and regional SMPs
  • Risk, Governance & Control Integration
    • Resolve conflicts and identify gaps in policies/standards, managing pragmatic local exceptions with formal rationale
    • Drive risk assessment & treatment consistency integrating into GRC tooling and SMP governance
  • Audit Readiness & Continuous Improvement
    • Plan and conduct internal audits and readiness assessments tracking findings to closure
    • Support external certification audits
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information security or related field
  • 5-8+ years implementing ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS, preferably with end-to-end certification and multi-site/global experience

Experience with SOC 2 and translating between frameworks is desirable. Proven cross-cultural leadership delivering outcomes across regions/time zones/diverse compliance cultures is essential for success in this role.
