System Architect

We are seeking an experienced System Architect to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Server Administration:
    • Manage server permissions and access controls.
    • Configure new folders with authentication on existing Windows file servers.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot authorization issues in Windows file servers.
    • Perform annual access audits of the entire file server infrastructure.
    • Monitor Windows file servers for performance and security.
  • Divestment:
    • Extract and transfer archived data to buyers, ensuring a smooth transition.
    • Document maintenance activities, including changes and configurations.
  • Software Management:
    • Install and configure Enterprise Scan application.
    • Update Enterprise Scan with the latest patches.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to Enterprise Scan.
    • Install and configure WinViewer application.
    • Update WinViewer with the latest patches.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to WinViewer.
  • SAP Data Archiving:
    • Activate and deactivate archive information structures (AIS).
    • Run catch-up archiving for new archive objects.
    • Run sweepers for existing archive objects.
  • Reporting:
    • Attend Agile ceremonies to provide progress updates and knowledge sharing.
    • Update work items in the ADO board and OneNote.
  • Incident Management:
    • Assess and resolve incidents and tickets during Bangkok working hours.
    • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Document incident resolutions and maintenance activities.
  • SAP ILM Retention Management:
    • Assist project teams in testing archive functionalities.
  • Replication Server Migration/Upgrade:
    • Perform data migration.
    • Conduct technical and functional testing.
