Chief Financial Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management at the division level.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments
  • Coordinate tax compliance and internal controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CA qualification (Chartered Accountant)
  • Minimum 19 years of progressive experience in corporate financial accounting, tax, or a related domain
  • Deep knowledge of Indian and regional tax laws, compensation and accounting policies
  • Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be an advantage:

  • OIL & GAS Experience
