Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective client relationship management, deal negotiation, and market intelligence gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage extensive client relation exercises to cultivate networks and ensure consistent business leads.
- Liaise deals between the organization and clients to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization through various marketing initiatives.
- Drive the channel partners assigned to achieve the sales target, ensuring smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal.
Requirements:
- Confident and articulate individual with excellent English communication skills.
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and passion for sales.
- Post Graduate MBA with minimum 2-5 years experience in Sales or related fields such as Client Servicing, Relationship Management, Customer Service, CRM, Business Development, Hospitality, BPO, International Voice Process, or Aviation background.
- Willingness to undergo a 2-3 months training on Sales provided by the company.
