
International Expansion Strategist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Sales Director, located in New Delhi. The Global Sales Director will be responsible for managing and leading the global sales team, developing and executing global sales strategies, and expanding the company's global footprint.
Daily tasks will include overseeing global business operations, fostering strong client relationships, managing global trade activities, and ensuring sales targets are met.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers and channel partners and building new relationships worldwide.
- Handling a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth through various regions.
- To monitor market intelligence vis-à-vis competition & existing and forthcoming business opportunities, also to document and generate a database of the same on the CRM.
The role demands strong leadership skills, communication skills and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development in different regions of the world to generate enquiries and sales and grow market share.
- Mapping customer requirements in terms of products/services/solutions that needs to be offered to the end user/customer.
