AI Technical Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Technical Project Manager to lead our team's project initiatives.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical project manager to oversee the full lifecycle of AI-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • You will manage our IT service ticket management system, SNOW, resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Closely collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear status reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
