AI Quality Assurance Engineer

About this role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious AI QA Engineer to join our growing quality assurance team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and reliability of our AI-powered products and features.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that redefine industries and drive meaningful change. As an AI QA Engineer, you'll collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and developers to understand model behavior and expected outcomes.

  • Test Design and Execution
  • Create comprehensive test plans and execute them to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI components and APIs.
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of test design, defect management, and QA lifecycle, along with experience with risk-based testing and QA strategy.

They should also have a basic understanding of machine learning workflows, training/inference cycles, awareness of AI quality challenges: bias, fairness, transparency, familiarity with AI evaluation metrics: accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, hands-on with prompt testing, synthetic data generation, and non-deterministic behavior validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Python programming for test automation and data validation.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, REST clients).
  • Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., PyTest, Playwright, Selenium).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
