  • Evaluate and integrate new techniques into our production systems, ensuring seamless scalability and reliability.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, focusing on polyglot approaches and open-source models.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with expertise in frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a track record of shipping high-quality code.
  • Recent experience with building agents, training and evaluating foundation LLMs, RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
