Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Analytics Strategist to lead our clients' engagements across various industries and problem statements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing analytics strategies, leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value, and owning key relationships with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements, develop analytics strategies, and leverage data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.
  • Develop and implement team collaboration strategies, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
  • Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities.
  • Advanced analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize key findings and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
