Integration Architect

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing scalable integration architectures using MuleSoft, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive integration solutions to seamlessly connect Salesforce with various external systems.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integration flows using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including hands-on work with API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver tightly integrated business solutions.
  • Support and enhance existing and new integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud and other critical systems.
  • Develop custom logic in Salesforce using APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed to effectively support integration workflows.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for all integration solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve issues in integration flows, ensuring high system reliability and optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Extensive hands-on development experience with MuleSoft, including expertise in API-led connectivity and various integration patterns.
  • Strong background working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, particularly in the context of system integration.
  • Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API design, development, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of DataWeave, MuleSoft Connectors, and RAML.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development, including APEX, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience designing secure, scalable, and reusable integration architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Developer Certification and MuleSoft Certification are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
