Purchasing Expertise

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Purchasing Executive with expertise in handling purchase-related activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in procurement of specialty chemicals, sourcing chemical raw materials, and managing import and export consignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure chemical raw materials, intermediates, KSMs, impurities, and other chemicals.
  • Manage domestic/import/export consignments and ensure adherence to procurement process and timelines aligned with SOP/SLA.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Toll Manufacturer, Fuel supplier, and transporter for material tracking, invoice booking, and service order creation.
  • Submit timely MIS reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical) / MBA in Materials Management.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing/supply chain environment.

Exposure: Exposure to import and export policies, pharma/agro chemicals/specialty chemicals industries.
