Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Network Specialist to manage and maintain our network infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall readiness of our technology rollouts and troubleshooting any network issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain our network equipment inventory to ensure SLA adherence and track tickets for compliance.
  2. Troubleshoot network issues, implement resolutions, and validate outcomes in collaboration with L3 Network SMEs and third-party vendors.
  3. Elevate unresolved issues to our dedicated Network Team for swift resolution.

You will also play a vital role in maintaining our network's reliability and performance by monitoring its health and implementing corrective measures as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. A B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Expert-level certifications such as ACMX or CCIE Wireless.
  3. Strong skills in network design and troubleshooting.
  4. Experience in managing network technology and ensuring process compliance.

In addition, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
