Job Description

As a cybersecurity specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing the security infrastructure of IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in managing Palo Alto Firewall and Panorama. Your expertise will be essential in installing hardware, configuring firewalls, setting up virtual private networks (VPNs), and adding upgrades.

You will engage with clients, relaying information about the project and troubleshooting all issues discovered. Proficiency in change management and disaster response is also required, as well as the ability to apply policies and standards to all projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and Building Security Infrastructure
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software solutions
  • Setting up and managing virtual private networks (VPNs)
  • Performing day-to-day firewall activities like administration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Reviewing network security threat logs for intrusions and compromises and providing solutions

Excellent knowledge in basic routing and switching concepts, remote infrastructure management, and network security technologies such as Palo – Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint firewalls, or others are highly desirable.

Candidates should also have hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting these technologies, as well as performing IOS upgrades and software strategies. Knowledge of authentication methods like radius & tacacs is also desirable.
