Technical Lead - Cloud Solutions

This role involves leading the development of cloud-based solutions utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring complex solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Service Cloud and Community Cloud functionality.
  • Configuring and customizing the platform to meet specific business needs.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its architecture, security, and scalability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
