As a Community Building Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers worldwide through knowledge sharing, networking, and meetups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks including record-keeping, email drafting, and follow-ups to ensure seamless operations.
  • Creating engaging content for social media, WhatsApp, and events to foster a sense of community.
  • Moderating existing WhatsApp groups to keep the conversation alive and encourage participation.
  • Assisting with monthly community meetups to promote face-to-face interaction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer to ensure clear and concise communication.
  • Belief in community building and learning together to drive our mission forward.
  • Prior experience in admin or content roles is a significant advantage.
  • Must be based in India and available 5-7 hours/week (flexible hours) to accommodate diverse schedules.
