As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our company's People Strategy by providing top-notch administrative support. Your responsibilities will encompass the implementation of essential HR processes within your specific functional domain, as well as advocating for our company culture and fostering a positive experience for all employees.

• Support HR Partners in managing Employee Lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions/transfers/terminations, compliance, reporting, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with the ER team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining best practices.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, including compensation, benefits, performance management, leave policies, payroll, HR applications, and other aspects related to the employee lifecycle.
• Manage off-roll employee recruitment, including vendor coordination and hiring manager support.
• Support a range of employee engagement activities with stakeholders to boost retention and engagement levels.
• Encourage utilization of the employee HR Portal by guiding employees and managers on HR knowledge content, procedural instructions, and more.
• Guide employees and managers in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems to facilitate technology adoption.
• Cascade HR communication to teams and offices.
• Execute transactions in Workday and other HR applications to maintain high-quality data.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and functional specialists to solve complex queries.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing processes through streamlining and standardization.
