Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to join our AI and Digital Transformation Pre-Sales team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients.
  • Develop solution blueprints combining AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems.
  • Translate client needs into technically sound proposals that meet commercial requirements.
  • Influence technical evaluations and RFP responses with confidence and clarity.

Architecture & Implementation Support

  • Architect solution blueprints for AI/ML model deployment on cloud infrastructure.
  • Advise on best-fit technologies and platforms—Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid.
  • Support pilot deployments and collaborate with Delivery teams on initial rollouts.

Customer Enablement & Value Realization

  • Provide technical guidance during post-sale handoff.
  • Help customers maximize proprietary frameworks for digital value acceleration.
  • Recommend scalable integrations, data flows, and AI model tuning strategies tailored to each customer's environment.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MLOps workflows and AI evaluation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, healthcare, or financial systems.
