MEP Manager for Semiconductor Project

We are seeking a seasoned MEP Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial and high-tech projects to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a semiconductor manufacturing facility.

  • Oversee all MEP activities including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping for the semiconductor project.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems such as power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver the project within timelines and cost targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
