Are you a strategic thinker who can drive results and growth? As a Senior Interior Design Lead, you will play a key role in spearheading our team of internal designers and design partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead a high-performing team of interior designers and design partners to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the design output, NPS score, and predictability in collections.
  • Collaborate with the central design team to bring insights from client/designer meetings and suggest process improvements/product enhancements.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of customer projects.
  • Build and develop a talented team through coaching/mentoring, talent acquisition, and reiterating HomeLane values.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum 3-year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the interior design field, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience leading interior designers/architects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
