Marketing Executive Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, in-office position based in East Delhi. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our marketing goals by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of what drives customer engagement and brand loyalty. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams, and providing regular progress updates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including influencer outreach, PR drops, email campaigns, events, and growth tracking.
  • Support launch campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across digital, offline, and partnerships channels.
  • Create engaging content for email/WhatsApp campaigns, with a focus on driving conversions.
  • Assist with PR activities, including media list building, PR drops, and coverage tracking.
  • Promote brand collaborations, such as lifestyle clubs, cafés, and gyms.
  • Design basic campaign reports and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

You will work closely with the founder to develop new campaign ideas, leveraging your creativity and resourcefulness to drive results.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing (internships count).
  • Exceptional organizational skills: you thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solver: you figure things out quickly, without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, adapting to changing circumstances, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Passionate about beauty and pop culture: you stay up-to-date on industry trends and can translate them into compelling marketing initiatives.
