Job Title: Content Developer

About the Position:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, the ability to think conceptually, and a flair for crafting impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive content for various channels, including digital media, print materials, and websites.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and other team members to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Adapt tone and style as per the brand voice and target audience.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and cultural insights to create relevant messaging.
  • Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, when required.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience as a content developer in a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and integrated projects.
  • Excellent command of English (grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling).
  • Ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
  • Strong understanding of brand communication and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with good communication and presentation skills.
