Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of the creative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity across digital and offline platforms.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that engage, inform, and inspire our audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts and designs that meet our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print assets including social media posts, ad creatives, brochures, infographics, posters, and presentations.
  • Develop engaging visuals for campaigns, events, and learning programs.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm creative concepts.
  • Work on UI/UX-related designs (basic knowledge preferred).
  • Create motion graphics, GIFs, and simple video edits (added advantage).

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, as well as 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) is also necessary.
