Ai Automation Project Lead


About The Role:

You will be responsible for leading ai automation projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end ai automation projects
  • Guide and mentor interns in setting up workflow automation systems
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, zapier, or make.com
  • Ensure smooth integration of tools like apollo, clay, instantly, and via apis/webhooks
  • Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and ai-driven workflows
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients
  • Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency


Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/ai automation tools (n8n, zapier, make)
  • Experience managing crm systems (hubspot, salesforce, or zoho)
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations
  • Bonus: Knowledge of apis, webhooks, or basic scripting (python/javascript)
  • Comfort with productivity tools like google sheets, notion, airtable
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines
