Job Title: Oracle ERP Master Data Management Lead

Are you a seasoned expert in master data management?

  • This role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end MDM solutions that address the organization's data quality requirements and align with its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of sustainable data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to the organization's needs. This includes defining and monitoring data quality metrics and thresholds to measure and improve data quality levels over time.

Data Governance Frameworks

They will design and implement robust data governance processes to address data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.

Metadata Architecture

The successful candidate will establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships. Ensuring metadata integrity and alignment with data quality standards.

Leadership and Collaboration

Lead cross-functional discussions pertaining to master data and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, tools, and techniques is required.
  • Metadata and Reference Data Management skills are necessary.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, specifically Fusion Oracle, is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is crucial.
