Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative design process to develop branding, social media, campaign, and marketing collateral materials.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging designs that align with our clients' business objectives and brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, strategy, and marketing professionals, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry standards to maintain a high level of creativity and innovation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Able to balance creativity with strategic thinking and business goals.
