Senior Visual Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Visual Designer.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced visual designer who has delivered outstanding results on well-recognized projects. You will take a hands-on approach to executing design projects, consistently upholding high standards of creativity and innovation. This role requires direct ownership of design deliverables from concept through completion, while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams as needed. Strong project and resource management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex tasks and excel at problem-solving using a first-principles approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with product marketing teams to brainstorm and produce high-quality artwork across digital and print formats.
  • Work independently to execute ideas from concept through final output, delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
  • Develop creative concepts by studying partner schools' brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed effectively.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  • Proactively develop and refine processes to enhance creative production and reduce turnaround times.
  • Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and partner school guidelines, delivering output at a high level of polish.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design tools, including Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience and interest in integrating AI into daily design work are highly desirable.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment and incorporating feedback from both analytical and marketing team members.
  • Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
