Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned database expert to lead the development and maintenance of our SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable database architectures that meet business needs.
  • Maintain and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement robust database security measures.
  • Manage database migrations between servers and versions to minimize disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with databases in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless system integration and availability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DBA with a strong focus on SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Excellent knowledge of database administration, design, and maintenance for SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with database migrations and deployments to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling to enhance data insights.
  • Experience creating interactive dashboards and visualizations to inform business decisions.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts to optimize data management.
