Senior Systems Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced systems engineer to join our collaboration platforms team.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, secure, and scalable solutions for collaboration applications.

  • Design and develop automated business processes for collaboration platforms.
  • Participate in technical design and ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems.
  • Ensuring system security and implementing standards.
  • Managing vendor relationships and overseeing outsourced services.
  • Installing, configuring, integrating, and testing new system components and applications.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks.
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automated Business Processes: Design and implement automated business processes for collaboration platforms.
  • Technical Design: Participate in technical design and ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions.
  • Collaboration System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Technology Support Experience: 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • Collaboration Tools Experience: 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Microsoft Suite Administration: Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks.
  • Programming Skills: Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
