The Technical Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. This role translates business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

  1. Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  2. Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  3. Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  4. Partner with solution architects to select models, prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  5. Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  6. Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  7. Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards.

This role requires 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives. Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
