Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Transformation Expert to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, managing and optimizing complex data migrations. They will work closely with our team to develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, manage and optimize complex data migrations
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS and Redshift
  • Built a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies)
  • Owning the end-to-end process including injecting new data into production environments and supporting customer success during migration
  • Establish clear efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management
Requirements
  • At least 20+ customer migration experiences
  • Internal migration experience is also considered but this role focuses on migration so not suitable for generalist data engineer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
