Strategic AI Program Manager

As a seasoned Strategic AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. This includes translating business goals into scalable technical roadmaps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models, prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Mentor scrum teams and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
