SAP REFX Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a SAP REFX Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have expertise in Real Estate harmonization initiatives and possess excellent analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4 and the RE-FX module, as well as a deep understanding of SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4.

Responsibilities will include defining future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4, conducting fit-gap analysis, and contributing to system configuration, documentation, testing, training, and go-live activities.

A strong background in cost controlling, FI-CO, and IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate and SAP RE-FX
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 and RE-FX module
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of SAP FI-CO and IFRS16 requirements
