Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry to lead cross-functional teams across various geographic locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Project Management, with a strong background in Data & Analytics, and good knowledge of GxP, GPS, and Pharmacovigilance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to regulatory compliance and maintaining high-quality standards.
The project manager will oversee multiple analytics projects with a team of technical resources based in India, building analytics solutions and implementing them. They will work closely with the Computer Systems Validation team based in the US East Coast, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Management : Lead and manage multiple projects within the pharmaceutical domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Facilitate communication and collaboration between different divisions to ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
3. Analytics & Reporting : Utilize data and analytics to monitor project performance and track key metrics.
4. Regulatory & Compliance : Manage project documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintaining a high level of quality control.
5. Pharmacovigilance Support : Provide project management support for pharmacovigilance activities, including safety monitoring and risk management.
6. Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
7. Budget & Resource Management : Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
8. Leadership : Lead and manage a team of technical resources, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements :
1. Project Management : Strong experience in project management, with a strong background in Data & Analytics.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
3. Analytics & Reporting : Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Regulatory & Compliance : Good knowledge of GxP, GPS, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
5. Pharmacovigilance Support : Good understanding of Pharmacovigilance and regulatory safety standards.
6. Risk Management : Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential obstacles.
7. Budget & Resource Management : Strong budgeting and resource management skills, with the ability to manage project expenses and forecast future resource needs.
8. Leadership : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technical resources.
Preferred :
1. Experience : Experience in global pharmaceutical projects and certification in project management.
