Job Description\

Our organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our growing Banking & Financial Services vertical.

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Consultant who can lead projects from day one and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Core Solutions / Transitions, preferably in International BPO. Strong analytical skills, quick learning ability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Executive Presence: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
  • People Management: Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects to completion.
  • Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the BFSI domain, including lifecycle, processes, and industry trends.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP or Prince certification is highly desirable.
