Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable technical expert to provide on-site and remote support services for various products and systems to customers in the Nashik region and beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while representing our organization professionally.

  • On-site Support: Travel to customer locations in Nashik and surrounding areas to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in our products and systems.
  • Remote Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers in Nashik via phone, email, or other remote support tools, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and resolving issues remotely when possible.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on our products and systems at customer sites in Nashik to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
