Job Title: Project Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost estimation and analysis, with a strong background in civil engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) for construction projects. This will involve analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to accurately predict costs and identify potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to estimate costs
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for construction projects
  • Identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
  • Developing and maintaining accurate cost models and databases
  • Providing cost advice and guidance to project teams

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in cost estimation and analysis, preferably in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
