Project Leadership Position Overview:

This senior-level project management role involves overseeing the Skid and Module projects to ensure timely delivery, high-quality results, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve project objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of professionals to deliver project outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resources, including production planning, maintenance activities, and vendor relationships, to optimize project performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain expertise in relevant standards, codes, and regulations (ASME, IBR, EN) to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Contract Administration: Negotiate change orders, prepare and manage contracts, and facilitate milestone payments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Delivery Management: Implement strategies to ensure on-time delivery, prevent delays, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial Operations: Manage commercial aspects, including contract conditions, material requirements planning, and vendor coordination, to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication: Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of ASME, IBR, and EN codes, as well as proficiency in MS Project.
  • Certification: Hold certification in Prime vera and possess working knowledge of computers, including MS Office.
