Executive Project Coordinator

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position for an Executive Project Coordinator based in India. The Executive Project Coordinator will oversee project timelines, coordinate with various departments, and ensure successful project delivery.

The day-to-day tasks include managing the expediting process, handling inspections, logistical management, and ensuring projects adhere to set deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities may also include:

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation to guide project execution and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Managing and allocating resources effectively, working closely with technical delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Identifying potential project risks early on and developing mitigation strategies to prevent issues before they arise.

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or manager for a SaaS company.
  2. Technical knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and PowerPoint, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma.
