Job Overview

As a seasoned graphic designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing innovative ideas for client briefs. This includes working with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop campaign work, as well as presenting designs to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop smart, innovative, and diverse ideas for client briefs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and strategists to push boundaries and create engaging campaigns.
  • Work with the design team to visually develop great campaign work.
  • Present designs to stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Manage the successful completion of integrated creative projects (print & digital).
  • Establish and communicate project schedules to deliver on time.
  • Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Implement design updates and changes while ensuring precision and consistency.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in design at an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro.
  • A well-curated work portfolio.
  • Experience presenting work to clients and receiving feedback.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing teams handling high-volume requests.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
