We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead our graphic design team. This role involves overseeing the production of print media materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of graphics designers that create production-ready assets for digital and print media.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment.
Project Management:
  • Oversee the production process for all print media materials.
  • Ensure all design projects are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement rigorous quality control processes.
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Address any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Create templates and style guides as required.
  • Develop strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Help execute standardized workflows and processes for print media design projects.
  • Maintain good conceptualization skills and extensive experience in Print-media design.
Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all design-related inquiries and requests.
  • Hold effective English communication skills to discuss designs/design process with customers.
