Graphic Design Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing high-quality design input, both strategically and tactically.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing Marketing Collaterals: Support the creation of marketing materials, including product decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and digital assets.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Develop engaging digital assets, such as website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Web Design Expertise: Possess solid web design experience with a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Brand Identity: Be deeply involved in or lead branding and visual identity for B2B organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Graphic and Web Design Experience: Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collaterals, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and similar materials.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Solid experience creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Web Design Expertise: Strong web design experience, with a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Branding and Visual Identity: Experience being deeply involved with (or ideally leading) branding and visual identity for B2B organizations.

Critical Requirements: Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Tools and Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects. Additionally, knowledge of Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, Google Slides, and PowerPoint is desired. HubSpot CMS expertise is also a plus.
