**Job Title:** Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity department, you will play a vital role in protecting our systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

* Lead efforts to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across our applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments*

* Conduct penetration testing, threat modeling, and security assessments to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation*

* Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure solutions and integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines*

* Mentor junior team members and promote security best practices across the organization*

* Participate in investigations, threat hunting, and incident response activities*

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in security engineering, penetration testing, or offensive security
  • Strong understanding of secure coding principles, web security vulnerabilities, and remediation techniques
  • Proficiency in scripting and development (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, JavaScript)
  • Skilled in using tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Cobalt Strike, or custom tooling
  • Experience with AWS cloud platform and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications like OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, GXPN, or equivalent
  • Experience with threat modeling methodologies (e.g., STRIDE, PASTA)
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, adversary emulation, and purple teaming
  • Contributions to security research, open-source tools, or bug bounty platforms
