Job Summary

This role is a key position for legal professionals seeking to grow their careers in the financial industry. As a Senior Legal Associate, you will be responsible for representing clients before various authorities and conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions.


The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting and communication skills, as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. They should also be able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines and provide legal advisory on matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
  • Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, minimizing legal risks and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – Mandatory
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) – Preferred
  • 3-5 Years (PQE)
