About Our Role

We are looking for highly motivated professionals who are passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide leads from enquiry to admission by handling inbound & outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Convert webinar attendees & registered leads into full-course admissions through structured counselling sessions.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes & scholarship opportunities clearly to students.
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules) efficiently.
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals.
  • Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification).
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counselling / BPO.

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

Strong persuasion & objection-handling ability.

Comfortable with daily call targets & revenue goals.

Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel.

Passion for education & healthcare sector is a plus.
