Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of business processes.

  • Be recognized as an expert in SAP TMS and provide guidance on standard SAP solution design and configuration for specific SAP modules, considering their impact on solutions and/or business processes.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads, and Value Stream Leads to design processes and resolve issues.
  • Identify and implement business process improvements.
  • Evaluate support requests from the global customer solutions and GIS team.
  • Analyze requirements to determine the best solution and implement best practices.
  • Provide regular updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives.
